[Issues] Groningen database maintenance on Tuesday, July 8th, 2014 - start

Dear Astro-Wiser,

This a reminder that the replacement of the storage controllers of the
Groningen database has started, as announced earlier.
Note that the database can not be accessed and webservices will not be
available the coming hours.
If everything goes smoothly the database and webservices will be up and
running this evening.
