[Issues] Groningen database maintenance on Tuesday, July 8th, 2014 - finish

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Groningen database is up and running and all webservices are available
again.
The storage controllers have successfully been replaced which helps to
minimize unplanned downtime in the future. Because hardware has been
replaced, please report any unusual database behaviour you experience.

Remember that the following days are reserved for maintenance activities
requiring planned downtime. Try not to plan anything database or webservice
related on these days.

   Tuesday, September 2
   Tuesday, October 7
   Tuesday, November 4
   Tuesday, December 2
