[Issues] Groningen database maintenance on Friday, May 30th, 2014 - start

Dear Astro-Wiser,

This a reminder that the Groningen database preparation that was announced
recently has started.
Note that the database can not be accessed and webservices will not be
available the coming hours.
If everything goes smoothly the database and webservices will be up and
running before noon.
