[Issues] Groningen database maintenance on Friday, May 30th, 2014 - finish

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Groningen database is up and running again.
The preparation for the storage controller replacement has been successful
and the database and webservices are available again.
Keep in mind that the replacement of the storage controllers itself will
take place on

   Tuesday, July 8

and is expected to take the entire day.
