[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

It is still impossible to access to the Groningen dataservers and DPU.
The experts have identified the cause that prevents the filesystem from
coming available to be a bug that is known to them.
Unfortunately, fixing the problem requires expert care and the expectation
is that the experts' next steps will take time, so it is unlikely the
filesystem will be available by Wednesday, July 8th.

Note that the database and webservices are still up and running, just
retrieving or storing files is impossible.
