[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

It is still impossible to access the Groningen dataservers and DPU.
The filesystem has been made available locally to perform thorough checks
and all files that have been checked since Friday are fine. The replacement
hardware has not arrived yet.
It is expected, however, that the filesystem becomes available by the end
of this week, July 17th, pending the availability of the replacement
hardware, further filesystem checks and potentially necessary software
upgrades.

Note that the database and webservices are still up and running, just
retrieving or storing files is impossible. Until further notice some files
might occasionally appear retrievable, but that should not be taken as a
sign that the filesystem is available again.
