[Issues] Groningen dataservers unavailable - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Restarting the controllers has not been completely successful. You may also
have experienced decreased performance of the webservices. The latter
problem has been fixed. The former problem will be addressed on Tuesday,
August 16th, 2016 when experts will have the required information to solve
the remaining issues. The expectation is that the dataservers will have
access to the underlying storage somewhere this week. We'll keep you
informed.
