[Issues] Groningen dataservers unavailable - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Despite earlier hope that storage for the dataservers would be available
this week, the hardware issues mandate further delay.
The hardware to which the controllers are connected will have to be
replaced and the replacement hardware is likely to be installed earliest
before the end of next week, Friday, 2016-08-26. You will be informed
should there be unexpected additional delays.
