[Issues] Groningen dataservers unavailable - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The resolution of the issue with the filesystem brought to light the next
faulty component in the chain. This concerns a fibre channel switch which
is shared with other parties, meaning downtime has to be planned. It is
unknown at this stage when that will be, but we will inform you at the
latest by the end of next week, Friday, 2016-09-16.

Please reserve some patience for future delays,
