[Issues] Groningen dataservers unavailable - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The issues with the fibre channel switch have started to affect the ability
to retrieve files from tape. You are kindly asked to refrain from sending
further requests for retrieval from tape. Next week the in-house expert
will be in house to assess the issues with the fibre channel switch. We
will inform you about the progress being made at the latest by the end of
next week, Friday, 2016-09-23.
