[Issues] Git and Python 3 migration

Hi everyone,

This is a reminder of two developments:

Git migration
-----------------
We are almost done migrating our CVS code repository to GitLab.

Our GitLab server is here:

https://gitlab.astro-wise.org/

This weekend the "astro" and "common" projects in CVS will be made
read-only (most other projects already are). We plan to complete the
migration on Monday, April 3. Contributions can be made in GitLab from
then on. Note again that code in astro/experimental will not be migrated.

Python 3 migration
-------------------------
The "astro" and "common" code has been made Python 3 compatible, and we
will complete our migration to Python 3 by making it the default as we
deploy the code from GitLab.
