[KIDS] visual inspection: fixed-format comments

Dear John, Lino et al.,

Thanks for your comments proposal lists. I have compiled a proposed 
final list out of them. See top of:

Let's finalize it at the telecon today. After which  John can add it to 
QWise interface.
