we just got the news from ESO that they have released the Phase 3 data 
products standards document.
It is now available from the Phase 3 pages on the ESO website (see link 
below).

I will go through the document as soon as possible to inventory the 
requirements on our data products.

To support the VST Public Surveys in their Phase 3 preparations
the format standard for data products to be submitted via Phase 3
has been expanded and now includes OmegaCAM data products.

Please have a look at:

from where you can access and download the standard as [PDF],
Issue 5, Date 11/01/2013.
