[WP3] Nieuw version Test dataserver

Folks,

I have a new version (version 1.23) of the test data server which I 
would like to have you to start a.s.a.p. on your dataserver machines if 
your dataserver is connected with ours at Groningen. This is Bonn, 
Munich and Nijmegen at thr moment! So please restart your test 
dataservers (on port 18000) after running a cvs update.

The Munich test dataserver seems to be connected to the production 
dataserver (on port 8000) so this link should be severed!

And maybe Naples can also join this test.
