[Comm2011] Report II DomeFlats - regular patterns on chips

Report II DomeFlats:

(almost) all chips show regular repeating patterns on a scale of the 
order of 10^2 x 10^2 pixels. This pattern seems to be unique for each chip.
This may be due to the dewar not being cleaned?
